She has a very strong look...it's like she's waiting for an answer, for someone to explain her "why" or "how" and it gives a very soft, fragile touch to her face but at the same time it's like she's blaming the person she's looking at...very strong pic and feelings.Are the lyrics taken from a song?

yes they are. it's How to Save a Life by The Fray . One day I saw the music video on TV (2nd version). they showed lots of feelings there. it inspired me.
